For the widest variety of listening choices- the system is XM(R)2 satellite radio capable (requires additional tuner and antenna) and includes factory steering wheel controls for convenience. Drivers can also enhance their audio experience with visual stimulation by customizing their own welcome message featured on the faceplate display. The Pioneer Base Audio System is loaded with features designed to create the ultimate personalized vibe for Scion owners with six dynamic speakers--including two tweeters and a full-range speaker in each door panel--to ensure a rich sound field- along with a bright and clear Organic Electro-Luminescence (OEL) display. This fully loaded system also includes Scion Sound Processing (SSP)- featuring three sound reproduction pre-sets for three unique sound fields.
